We want to partner with small to mid-size business owners / real-estate owners to expand their current model or invest in new individuals that have made the challenging decision to enter into their own business or want to build a real-estate portfolio.

We look for well developed business plans and maturity in management to have discussions on a mutually beneficial partnership.
