In order to diversify our overall investment portfolio, GRIG participates regularly in the Real Estate Market. Understanding that Real Estate can be a foundation for creating wealth and generating alternative sources of income, GRIG has established a team that regularly meets to evaluate potential Real Estate opportunities brought forth by partners. This team is comprised of GRIG members who dedicate a tremendous amount of time, capital resources and strategic thinking to find Real Estate deals that produce above average returns for the entire group. The team strategy employs a short-term/long-term concept to generate cash flow. Activities that the Real Estate Team participates in but is not limited to include:
