Membership Information

There are currently 6 levels of participation in GRIG. We now offer a networking membership in which no financial commitment is required. Participation in this method allows prospective members to access our business and social networks via our various functions in the community and social gatherings. We will not publish or share email addresses of any of our contacts and do not tolerate spam.

The next method of participation in GRIG is our internship program. This is an unpaid internship in which prospective members may experience Grassroots first hand to better evaluate membership in our organization. Our interns attend meetings with their respective teams and carry out various assignments to complete projects. No financial commitment is required; however we do request our interns to serve for a six month term.

Our remaining options involve limited or long term financial obligation. For those seeking short term investments, our equity deals via GRIG Marketplace might be the right option for you. We encounter deals from real estate to franchising opportunities on a daily basis. Our financial partners receive priority consideration for these deals, however if the group is not interested in the opportunity it becomes available to our equity members. To become an equity member, there is a one time payment of $200 to access our Marketplace deals. There is no monthly obligation with this plan. If an advertised deal is of interest, we will help you to structure the negotiation and provide the platform to complete the deal. Equity members may also inform GRIG of lucrative opportunities for which they are aware. If the deal merits further research and action, you will receive a finder’s fee.

The traditional methods of participation in GRIG are as follows:

Principle: $35,000 and $5,000 per year. No monthly dues are required.

Partner: $10,000 initial and another $10,000 over 15 months + $200 per month.

Flex: Don’t have lump sum cash sitting around, but want to be apart of something larger than yourself?

In an effort to give greater flexibility and add talent to our organization, we now allow flex membership.

Financial Requirements for Flex: $250 per month and a negotiated lump sum that is significantly less than a normal partner.

Meetings
GRIG partners have the opportunity to meet every month via teleconference and more frequently as needed via operating teams. In addition, members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting held in different locations throughout the United States each year.

More Information
GRIG's Managing Partners set the direction and ensure proper execution of objectives. However all partners, through designated operating teams, are responsible for the performance of the group. GRIG's books are open and there is full disclosure and accounting for all transactions. Financial statements are distributed to partners on a monthly basis.
