foundation. We are the "Roots" that will grow into a powerful force.
Individuals that join our organization have the potential and talent to
contribute great advances to the group. Beyond our legal structure, we all have
a common goal of realizing our full potential. We have a responsibility to
enhance the community we live in and by leveraging ideas; we will be able to
participate in lucrative economic gains.
Success, however, will come at a cost. This is a long-term commitment.
We will use each other's talents to strive for success by working effectively
