TX area. This unit was purchased at a significant discount
and is set for significant appreciation over the next 5 years.
GRIG partnered with the Education Development Corporation
of America (EDC) to build The Palisades housing unit next
to Texas Southern University. This project helped provide
affordable housing to students and strengthen the overall
